Shipping Policy
Standard Delivery

Most orders will ship within 24 hours and ALL orders will ship within 48 hours.
Our beautiful pieces are ready and excited to get to their new homes.
Once shipped;
- Standard delivery usually arrives within 3-5 business days, but may take up to 7 business days from the shipped date, excluding holidays.
- Standard delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, the U.S. territories, and P.O. Boxes usually arrives within 5-8 business days, Additional 3-5 business days from the shipped date, excluding holidays.
- Standard delivery to APO/FPO addresses usually arrives within 18 business days from the shipped date, excluding holidays.
Priority Delivery
- Priority shipping orders placed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, before 2:00 PM EST or 11:00 AM PST will usually arrive within 2-3 business days from the shipped date.
- Priority shipping orders placed Monday through Friday after 2:00 PM EST, 11:00 AM PST or on weekends and holidays will usually arrive within 3-5 business days from the shipped date.
- Priority shipping is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses.
Alaska, Hawaii, APO/ FPO, P.O. Boxes and U.S. Territories :
- Only standard delivery is available.
- Add $4.95 to the above Standard Shipping and Handling charges.
- All packages are sent via United States Postal Services.
- U.S. territories include: American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Shipping Gift Cards:
- There is no shipping and handling charge on Gift Card only orders with USPS standard delivery. For express delivery, a flat rate of $16.95 will apply
- For orders containing a Gift Card and Merchandise, please refer to the above shipping rates chart for both standard and express delivery rates.
- Gift Card delivery to APO/FPO, U.S territories and International addresses is not available.
Sales Tax on Shipping & Handling:

Currently we do not ship internationally.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER :
Once your order has been processed and shipped, an email containing the tracking number will be sent to your registered email. If you do not receive the shipping confirmation email within 1 to 5 business days from your order date, go to the My Account page and click on Orders to get the tracking number for your order.
